​Katarina Lajcakova
Katarina is an ITF Certified Teaching Professional, who previously played on the junior tour in Europe and with WTA top ranked professionals, such as Daniela Hantuchova.
​
Katarina studied tennis and physical education at Prague’s Charles University in the Czech Republic. Her 30 years of playing tennis coupled with her educational background in physical education brings a wealth of knowledge to her coaching abilities.
​
Twenty-three years ago she began coaching juniors not only on the fundamentals and development of the game, but on the physiological aspects, which have helped to drive children to excel. She has been the Head Professional since joining the team in 2006, and has been varsity girls tennis coach at Santa Margarita Catholic High School since 2011.

​Eric Clark
Eric is the tennis director and a USPTA Certified ELITE Professional. He began coaching tennis 30 years ago at Sun Valley Resort under the tutelage of Jack Crawford and former Davis Cup Captain Tom Gorman. Eric was very instrumental in building an Adult Academy at Wintergreen Resort in Virginia to become one of the top 5 Adult Academies in the country.

He built upon his expertise with adult groups (both singles and doubles) to help nurture a Junior Program, which has laid the foundation for many great college players and professionals to come.

Eric joined the Coto Valley team in November of 2005 under the direction of Vic Braden and Frank Giampaolo, to develop competitive and social events for adults and juniors. Since 2006 he has been Directing the Coto Valley Tennis Program and in 2011 founded SWEET SPOT TENNIS. Eric continues to grow both programs resulting in many Junior, Men and Women tennis teams.
